From 1972 through 2001, Tom achieved unprecedented results in specialized areas of Nevada law including mining, ranching and water law. Tom has represented some of the nation’s largest cattle ranchers and has been involved in mining claims and mining litigation with some of the world’s largest mining operations. Tom’s experience is also highlighted by his involvement in processing disputes over Nevada’s most precious resource…water.
On a personal level, Tom is a rancher and owns various mining claims which augment his knowledge and acumen concerning his specialized areas of interests. These areas of interest are unique to representing Nevadans in the ranching and mining industries.
