Kent R. Robison

Kent R. Robison

Attorney At Law

Few lawyers in the State of Nevada have as much complex litigation experience and success as Kent Robison. Even fewer have had as many trials. Having tried over 100 jury trials in six different states, Kent’s unique persuasive talents have resulted in over $600 million in verdicts and judgments. Kent has been lead counsel in over a dozen major multi-party cases and has successfully handled numerous appeals in the Nevada Supreme Court and Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Kent’s leadership skills are evident in his having served on the Nevada State Board of Bar Governors for 10 years and having served as board member and President of the Nevada Trial Lawyers Association and Reno Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates.

Kent’s competitive nature does not end in the courtroom. He has excelled in his passion of competing in Triathlons and has distinguished himself as having won his age-group in the world championship Hawaii Ironman Triathlon and having won six national and world championships in off-road Xterra Triathlons.

Experience, integrity and success as a trial advocate have been the cornerstones of a distinguished 38 year career as one of Nevada’s premier litigators.
