After practicing in the San Francisco Bay Area for approximately 10 years, Ms. Sharp, who is a fourth generation Nevadan, returned to Nevada and joined the firm in 2003. Licensed in both California and Nevada, after joining the firm, Ms. Sharp has focused her practice in in a number of areas, which include both litigation and transactional work. Ms. Sharp represents a number of financial institutions, mortgage brokers and bankers and businesses, which she provides with full service representation, including assistance with regulatory issues and compliance, loan documentation, contract review, litigation and creditor representation in bankruptcy proceedings. Ms. Sharp’s areas of practice also include real estate, commercial transactions, corporate law, business formations, business acquisitions and sales, trust and estate work and litigation, probate and commercial litigation. She draws from this comprehensive experience to develop practical, efficient solutions for her clients and enjoys working with clients to accomplish their goals and objectives.
Stefanie is a fourth generation Nevadan. Outside of work she enjoys a variety of interests including hiking, reading, fitness and road biking.
