Russ Carr
Attorney At Law
Russ started at the firm in 2024. Russ’s practice involves litigation and appeals in California and Nevada. Russ is highly passionate about the law and aims to provide his clients with excellent communication, service, and advocacy. Shortly after becoming an attorney, Russ tore both of his patellar tendons, which created a long-term and ongoing rehabilitation process. This experience made Russ empathetic to the plight that disabled people face and has inspired him to help these people in their legal matters. Russ has served many disabled and/or indigent clients on a pro bono basis.
Russ graduated from the McGeorge School of Law with Great Distinction in 2019 and was admitted to the Bar the same year. During law school, Russ served an internship at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nevada and an externship at the Nevada Supreme Court. Following law school, Russ completed a one-year clerkship at the Nevada Court of Appeals and a two-year clerkship at the Nevada Supreme Court, serving for the Chief of both Courts.
Before law school, Russ earned Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in engineering. Russ’s master’s research led to a peer-reviewed publication in the Journal of Petroleum Science and Engineering. After graduate school, Russ worked in the engineering field and inspected construction projects including warehouses, commercial buildings, homes, landfills, roads, and utilities.
Away from work, Russ enjoys spending time with his family and his Siberian Husky, Axel. He also enjoys working on cars.
