Hannah Winston
Attorney At Law
Hannah Winston joined the firm after serving as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Justice James Hardesty at the Nevada Supreme Court. Working at the Nevada Supreme Court furthered Hannah’s love for legal writing, which she first discovered in law school at McGeorge School of Law. While in law school, Hannah authored two published student comments and served as a staff editor for both editions of the McGeorge Law Review. For her work on law review, Hannah was awarded the Senior Faculty Award for Outstanding Academic Achievement. Hannah also received the Witkin award for earning the highest grade in several classes, including civil procedure, community property, wills and trusts, remedies, and the small business law clinic.
During law school, Hannah had the opportunity to serve as an extern for the Honorable Judge Miranda Du at the United States District Court for the District of Nevada, and as an intern for the Honorable Judge David Hardy at the Second Judicial District Court. In 2017, Hannah graduated from McGeorge with great distinction and admitted to the Order of the Coif.
After finishing law school, Hannah was happy to return home to Nevada. Since joining the firm, Hannah has primarily worked in civil litigation focused on corporate law, real property issues, and contract disputes. Hannah has also helped clients with family law matters and forming business entities. In her spare time, Hannah enjoys spending time with her husband, kids, and two dogs.
